Day 2

Yes, day two. No headache, still functioning as the mother of four kids with a husband on the other side of the country. This morning I was hungry, like this morning at 5:15 am. I went back to bed dreaming of all you can eat buffets. I awoke to the realization that juice would be my all you can drink Buffett today :) Down two pounds from yesterday. That did make me smile as my stomach growled. So I washed all my produce, with last nights dancing with the stars episode playing in the back ground (those dancers bodies can be very motivating!). After a pound of kale and a few apples were juiced, I noticed juice was coming out of the bottom of the machine! My precious juice all over the counter and spilling onto the floor! I washed it all out, put it back together, and as I proceeded to plow through the four cucumbers, there was more juice spilling out. So, today I am off to buy a new juicer. Thinking of splurging on a new breville, as recommended by Joe. Will let you know in the morning what I come up with! On a positive note, I slept like a rock last nigh. Best straight 6 hours I remember getting in a very long time. I drank about 120 ounces of water and probably peed 29 times yesterday. I was almost afraid of going on my morning walk today because I didn't know how long I would make it....45 minutes was the answer. It was nice to get outside, but my energy level wasn't super high. Off to volunteer at my kiddos school. Will check in later today.
