#joethejuicer day 1
Day one has FINALY come. I was excited for about 5 minutes, then realized all the things I couldn't make for breakfast :) It took about 35 minutes to juice a bag of kale, four granny apples, four cucumbers, two tomatoes, and two zucchini for my first day. One time, all out is my approach. First thing in the morning I am planning on juicing for the whole day and storing it in the fridge in glass jars for later in the day. In the evenings, I think I might juice some apple carrot juice as a sweet treat.
My plan is two separate 50 day juice fasts. October first seemed like a great month where I miss nothing except Halloween candy, and let be realistic, I will stash some away for a day about 49 days away. I have 100 pounds away from the dreamy weight of my wedding day. I am not a do or die type girl. Small steps would just be to get back to with a number starting with a one, instead of a two. My dream would be forty pounds in fifty days, but that's dreaming. I will do the best I can. Tomorrow I am going to get a body fat analysis to see how much fat/muscle I lose over the course of the fifty days. I know joe lost 70% fat 30% muscle on his journey.
At 14:30, I am hungry. Need to go drink more juice. Really really wanting a jersey Mikey's sub right now. But alas, I will go drink my juice and dream of my pants slipping easily over my inflated tights. How am I kidding? I want to throw off the elastic band that keeps my size 18 skirt up. O, to button up my pants and skirt! Such longings. Getting dressed each day really is no fun. Nothing to wear that looks nice. Keep working and drinking my juice.
